What is the difference between a computerised sewing machine and a sewing machine

2023-04

I. Main differences
1. Computerised sewing machine: controlled by a microcomputer, it can automatically complete the set sewing work.

2. Sewing machine: A machine that uses one or more sewing threads to form one or more stitches on the sewing material, so that one or more layers of sewing material are interwoven or sewn together.

II. Different characteristics

1. Computerised sewing machine: computerised anatomy is applied to optimise the design from the structure of the housing to the smallest parts of each part, as a result of which it suppresses noise and vibration to the greatest extent possible in its daily work.

2. Sewing machine: It consists of four mechanisms: stabbing, hooking, picking and feeding, and auxiliary mechanisms such as winding, pressing and falling teeth. The movements of each mechanism work together in a rational and circular way to sew the seam together.

III. Different functions
1. Computerised sewing machines: they can automatically complete the set sewing work. For example, automatic hemming, automatic tension adjustment of the sewing thread for thick and thin seams, automatic variable speed, automatic torque change, automatic thread cutting, automatic needle replenishment, etc.

2. Sewing machines: they can sew cotton, linen, silk, wool, man-made fibres and leather, plastic, paper and other products with a neat, beautiful, flat and firm stitch, fast sewing speed and easy to use.
